If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. We had no choice but to dine here since our first choice wasn’t open, and it might as well be the worst decision anyone has made. My father walked in with a voucher, CLEARLY offering 2 of everything (desserts, drinks, salads, and sides) yet the diner refuses to accept it? Mind you, it was clearly stated on the voucher. Instead of honouring the deal, the diner dared to offer us only one of each; basically offering us half of the deal, whilst lying to our faces. My father, knowing his purpose, decided to let it slide, but it only emboldened the diner’s intentions. They “forgot” to serve us dessert entirely, so we had to personally ask them to serve us. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, they continued insisting that the voucher only offered one of each item, despite the clear terms. My father called the supervisor, and guess what, the voucher was supposed to give two of each! How convenient, no? Though it was already too late for them to serve us another batch, they could only offer us a discount. Even then, the staff had the nerve to deny what they did after my father told them “what you did was very bad.” Pardon me, but didn’t the supervisor just show that it was the restaurant trying to deceive us? Overall, my message for this restaurant is: train your staff better, or at least teach them how to read vouchers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you want to experience being misled over something as simple as dessert. There's a lot of things that I could say about Bennigans. I love the western vibe that the diner has, the food is okay (Sirloin I had was a bit burnt), Mango Daquiri is pretty stellar, and the play area is a bit underwhelming (Despite nearing adulthood, I did play the car arcade there.). Food took a bit long than I thought (Unsurprised though, since there were a lot of us when we came to the diner), and my entree tasting average at best, I'd say it's not worth the wait, if the service is pretty long. The fries I had ordered after the Sirloin didn't arrive, but at least I had mozzarella sticks and a salad. Overall, Bennigans is a good diner, and I can honestly see myself coming back here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: QAR 200–250 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
