First time I went here it was really good, second time had take out, was okay and last night had it again with other people. I have to say the manager needs to step up! Ordered appetizers and had to get two of them because it only feeds two. Then I got my meal and it was wrong so they sent it back and I sat there and waited while others ate. I then got my order but the calamari was super soggy, so asked for it to be remade. I then asked to be compensated a little and wasn't expecting much but they said no! I was thinking hey we'll take the up charge off, but nothing!! Walking out I decided to ask for the manager and he basically didn't care because he was busy eating his own lunch. Management needs to step up cause after spending $61 w/ no drinks....I could have went anywhere! Just a little bit of caring goes a long ways for a successful business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1

Our 1st time trying this place, Google & DD reviews were pretty mixed 50/50, so we gave it a shot, but never again. Food wasn't good especially for price. 1st, they didn't give me the sushi roll I selected, they just gave me the other half of my husband's roll HE selected, which was gross, & made with tuna instead of salmon. Just lazy. 2nd, egg rolls also gross. Bland, half-filled, & filling was just mush, not freshly chopped veggies. They're not freshly made, but frozen store bought. Which brings me to 3rd issue, tempura shrimp. Also gross, because they don't make it fresh, it's clearly also frozen store bought. Again, lazy. What makes it more obvious is the tempura veggies had different tempura batter on them (which had some flavor, but still only tasted just ok). That said, the salmon was just ok, but also flavorless, dry on outside but moist on inside, big portion though. Salad was ok. Overall, not worth the $. Cheap, low quality, bland, incorrectly made food for way too much $$. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1

I didn’t like the food at all. I ordered a seafood ramen with vegetables, and although the bowl was very big, it had mostly noodles (the kind you find in packaged ramen at any supermarket) and vegetables (mostly cabbage), and literally only 4 shrimp, 2 oysters, and some so-called calamari that felt more like rubber than anything else. Then I switched and ordered a calamari appetizer, and it was the same rubbery stuff, I honestly couldn’t even tell if it was really calamari. The food left me very unsatisfied, not good at all compared to how the place looks and its high prices. The service wasn’t very good either, because when I complained about the soup, they could have helped me more, but instead they just said they’d see what they could do. I got worried they might mess with my next dish, so I just asked for it to go. I paid way too much money for food that I would NEVER recommend to others. The place is very nice, but the food is not good. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
