These low class people had me waiting for almost an hour to get what was purchased. The only reason I did not ask for my money back was because I had promised the person waiting that I would bring them one back and I'm not familiar with another sno-cone shop in the area.
It takes all of 4 minutes to scoop up some ice and squirt a little flavoring in it. They are unprofessional and do not care about new customers. I guess you only get respect if you're a regular. I will NEVER support them again.
These people should stick to serving sno cones out of a van, not from a building, if you have no customer service experience.
Anytime someone starts asking about snow cones in the summer, I make sure to tell them NOT to go to the one in baker by the laundromat.
