Delicious food and our waiter was really attentive and kind. We were in one of the side rooms and were able to talk easily. The lighting is glowy and relaxing at night, too. Very cute. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about this place. The food and drinks were out of this world, and the service was unbelievable. I was with a group of 12 and not a single one of us had empty waters and me throughout the night. The staff also walked past and cleared our table of crumbs in between every course and they were so unbelievably attentive to every need and desire. They weren’t overbearing but struck a perfect balance of knowing exactly when we needed assistance and when to leave us alone. The staff also had such incredible attitudes and it seemed like they genuinely enjoyed serving us. You MUST go if you’re in Aspen, it’s absolutely unreal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is our first time in Aspen, and we realized quickly that people just aren’t friendly here. The service doesn’t seem to love the tourists, the bike rental companies hate people from certain states, but that was not the impression from the staff at Betula. From the moment we stepped into Betula Aspen, we were greeted warmly and felt right at home. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff’s attentiveness stood out immediately. We brought our kids to this nice restaurant, and instead of staring us down, the staff went out of their way to make them feel welcome by bringing out cuddly bears for them to play with. This thoughtful gesture made the dining experience enjoyable for the whole family. The service was outstanding, with every detail meticulously taken care of, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism shone through every interaction. As for the food, it was nothing short of perfection. I had the Tuna Tataki and Hamachi Crudo, and both dishes were delightful, showcasing fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. Betula Aspen provided a dining experience that exceeded our expectations in every way, making our trip to Aspen memorable for all the right reasons. We can’t wait to return!
