Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have come here three times on my trip to Tokyo and every thing I’ve tried has been delicious. Delicious home cooked meal that actually reminded me a lot of food my dad would make for me as a kid! I got the Triple Salmon bowl and the side dishes were very delicious too. Very friendly service - in my time dining, I witnessed their kindness to every single customer. I even saw one of their regulars give them gifts The owners gave me a souvenir on my way out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yo I was walking around Ueno at 9pm looking for takoyaki and the owner of Bibibi comes out of his shop to tell me how much he loves singapore (after I told him I'm from Singapore), apologises for not having takoyaki but suggests that I try his seafood okonomiyaki instead. He invites me in while I wait for him to prepare it to-go and I felt like I was treated as a guest in his own home. As I was waiting, his old friend/colleague sat with me and he shared his story on how he ended up moving to Tokyo from Texas. He later gave me a tour of the 2nd floor (which was cooler than the 1st floor btw). I eventually got my okonomiyaki; which was delicious and had plenty of octopus in it. The owner also gave me a free fried mud crab and a bottle of water. Thank you for the wholesome encounter (and food). It made my day.
