The food dishes that I ate at the bibim restaurant were delicious and appetizing, especially since, for the first time, I am trying Korean food. When I asked about details related to the ingredients of the dishes, with professionalism, knowledge, and kindness, my questions were answered by the restaurant staff. What caught my attention and admiration was that the restaurant staff was keen to greet everyone who entered the restaurant and everyone who left it. I was very pleased with this experience, and I will have another visit to try other dishes. I honestly thought I'd never find an authentic Korean restaurant in Amman with genuine Korean ingredients and the kind of atmosphere that transports you straight to Korea, but I'm so glad I was wrong. The moment you climb the stairs, you're welcomed into a cozy little space filled with charming décor and incredible aromas that instantly make you feel like you've stepped into a neighborhood restaurant in Korea. Bibim exceeded my expectations in every way, from the warm service to the atmosphere and, of course, the food. We started with the summer special, a refreshing sumac and za'atar salad with a Korean twist. It tasted like it was dressed with sesame oil, gochujang, and soy sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Korean fried chicken, which was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the corn cheese, and the dolsot bibimbap. My only small suggestion would be to offer bulgogi as an alternative to the minced beef, as that's my personal preference, but it certainly didn't take away from how delicious the dish was. I especially loved the crispy rice at the bottom of the Dolsot. What made the experience even more special was the atmosphere. It was wonderful seeing Koreans and people from all over the world sharing a meal together. Hearing "잘 먹겠습니다" ("I'll enjoy the meal") before eating, "잘 먹었습니다" ("Thanks for the meal") afterward, and the staff warmly saying "감사합니다" ("Thank you") made the experience feel even more authentic. If you're looking for authentic Korean food and a genuine Korean dining experience in Amman, I can't recommend Bibim enough. I'm so grateful to have found a place that offers not just great food, but such an authentic and welcoming dining experience here in the city. Didn’t take too many pictures of the food since I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, But this was one of the best meals i’ve had at a restaurant in a long time I had to write something! The fried tteokboki, bulgogi, japchae, chicken, everything was genuinely such a delicacy. The place is so cozy and cute and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Prices are also so reasonable, we ordered multiple plates and payed 93jds for 7 people (13 per person). Already craving their food and will definitely be going again!
