Very good fries, whether with maroilles or even with spicy sauce, perhaps even the best I have eaten in a restaurant. And the milk ice cream was excellent too. On the other hand, the buns and candied shredded meat... As someone who hates sweet and salty mixtures, I don't find it normal that on the menu it wasn't mentioned that it was going to be loaded with beetroot and especially red fruit jam... Otherwise I would have taken something else. The meat was good but it was simply shredded chicken, I didn't find the confit side. The hot dog was good but once again these sweet and salty mixtures without warning... And the American high school style benches too, it really wasn't practical, we might as well take normal benches with stools. I will definitely come back but only for your fries. Food: 2 Service: 4

Good Friday evening experience, efficient service, nice surprise menu to discover, and everyone, including the teenagers, really liked it! It's a shame that at certain tables, some customers were too noisy and disrespectful of others... but unfortunately there's nothing you can do about that... I still highly recommend the Bierbuik!!
