Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Big Al's, ya que es famoso por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Pagarás unos precios bajos por la comida. Una vez dentro, su atmósfera es confortable. Los usuarios de Google le han dado una nota de 4,1 a este lugar.

Es uno de mis lugares favoritos para pasar un fin de semana familiar tiene un boliche y un centro de entretenimiento para los niños

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I was completely disappointed with the lunch we had here. I bragged about the peanut butter bacon burger. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. There were literally only 9 other people in the entire restaurant. I get there is a bowling alley to tend to also, but still. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 personal pizzas. The burgers came out 15 minutes before the pizzas did. So I chose not to eat the burgers because the pizzas were for the kids. By the time the pizzas came...our burgers were completely cold. So I decided to have them take the burgers and not charge us for them. The manager offered one game of bowling. At this point, I was hungry and had no interest in bowling. At this point, I will not be returning. To top matters off... they say they are a cashless venue... which they did tell us ahead of time. But it seemed almost like running a tab at a bar. I didn't want to know what they charge for ATM fees. Definitely thumbs down. Update as of 04-20-2024: I sent an email to the address that was provided to me. Upon emailing the company, I still have not had a response. I can prove that I sent the email to them. Again, this place and company again disappointed me as a customer. As for now...I will be one to tell other people that I know...how disappointed I have been with Big Al's when I used to rave about them. Before, I had given 2 thumbs down. The 2 thumbs down have now gone to 5 thumbs down. Go anywhere else but here to eat.

This has been a horrible experience. Took 30 minutes to order, 45 minutes to get food, and over an hour still haven't received drinks. No waiter/waitress has come by. Absolutely horrible service!!!!
