I asked for boneless wings these all chicken tenders dipped. It’s always a problem then they don’t pick up the phone they just let it ring . Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered a blazing chicken spud and my spud had almost no sauce. When I went back to the restaurant the lady working the counter was very rude and condescending. I think if you want to charge 10 dollars for a spud at least do it right? My husband drove the 20 minutes home for me to realize it was messed up and drove 20 minutes back to get it fixed. The lady working the front said it had been too long since service to fix so she could not remake it. That’s fine and I understand policy and I wouldn’t have minded just paying for another one at that point, but she was very rude throughout the entire interaction. Why spend more at this establishment if you can’t be nice when discussing a problem? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was our first experience at big chick. We wanted something different from the other things that Barnesville offers, which is not a lot. The service was absolutely awesome. I believe the drive-through teller‘s name was Braydon. He got the order right and when we asked him about recommendations, he was really good about offering the recommendations by first asking questions. The food is plenty. The onion rings were fresh. The tea was fresh and the chicken was fresh. But as I always say, the experience is first based off of the interaction with the employees. I can honestly say that going to McDonald’s is a rough experience just because the people you deal with seem miserable, but Braydon seemed to be in good spirits. It was almost like going to Chick-fil-A‘s little brothers house. Thank you, Braydon for making. It’s such a great experience on the first time at this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
