The self proclaimed “manager” named Jen is so unprofessional and talks over customers. It was mind boggling. Also if a customer asks for a menu item/meal, maybe tell them you actually don’t have it. Instead of fixing a plate and charging $2 more than what’s on the menu and saying “well we don’t have those potatoes for that meal”. Communicating that with the customer so I can make the decision in actually paying $2 more for burnt potatoes and sausage. I even asked the employee “oh those are your potatoes now?” And she said YEA!!! So since I didn’t want to continue to go back and forth the the unprofessional Jen. And said nevermind, she tells the employee not to serve me anymore. HA! And when I asked for her name both her and her employee ignored me. Absolutely ridiculous. The only professional person in the entire establishment was the young man who works as the clerk at the front. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I understand the whole checking id’s, I truly honestly do. But when the OWNER is rude about it and implies your ID is fake when you are 30 years old. I had to show him other forms of ID for him to believe me. He said “with it being Mardi Gras I mean” which again I 100% understand, but the way you talk to people is important as well.
