5 Stars I’ll admit I didn’t walk into Big Picture expecting the burger to be the highlight of my night — and yet, here I am, still thinking about it. The Wagyu smash burger is something special, it truly sings. They start with real Wagyu beef, which already puts it in a different league, but it’s the execution that earns this thing its reputation. The patties are smashed down on the grill just right — you get those gorgeous, lacy, caramelized edges that take you straight back to the kind of old-school drive-in burger you grew up dreaming about. But where that burger was greasy, this one is juicy. That’s the Wagyu doing its work — rich, buttery, deeply beefy. The bun is soft and low-key enough to stay out of the way and let the beef be the star of the show. This burger is ready for its close up. And then there’s the setting. Big Picture doesn’t feel like a movie theater. It feels like you’ve wandered into someone’s exceptionally cool living room — warm lighting, a real bar, an old-school comfortable lounge vibe that pulls you in and makes you want to linger. If nobody mentioned the screening room in the back, you’d just think it was a really great neighborhood spot. Come for the burger. Stay for the movie!

This is the absolute best theatre around - hands down. Amazing food service and theatre experience. Mark at Big Picture made me the best martini I’ve ever had. The popcorn was incredible as was the burger! We will come back!

Issaquah Big Picture is an amazing spot with a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent drinks. The service was outstanding and everything felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The owners are absolutely top notch — friendly, hands-on, and they truly care about their customers and the experience they create. You can tell they take pride in the business, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend for a great night out!
