I have been coming to Bigby for 3 years know, specifically this location. All of those 3 years my order was the same coffee drink, and the coffee was VERY GOOD! Was well worth the 3-5 minute drive thru line wait. However, over the last couple months or so, I noticed my order being wrong multiple times and sometimes just inconsistent, I know they go through staffing issues and New employees so I am not holding that against them, but the last two times I got coffee the Cold foam was lumpy and it ruined the whole drink, on top of that the wait times have gotten worse, I have had to drive out of the drive through lines a couple times because I was waiting for 10+ minutes. It just seems like with every new person that gets hired their the quality of drink goes down. I understand it, because we were all the "new employee" at some point in our lives, but if I am paying $9 for coffee every day that goes down in quality, I can't justify doing it that much. I will have to find another small business coffee shop or go back to Starbucks. Edit: After the manager reaching out to me, I decided to go back at 4 random times of day and get my same order. Each time my order has been on point. Lines have seemed to not that bad outside of One time. I decide to flip my review to 5 stars. Thanks so much! Meal type: Breakfast

However, you are completely right: at $9 a drink, you deserve perfection and speed, not a 10-minute wait and lumpy cold foam. I went in today just to pick up a DoorDash order and ended up trying something and it was great but the girls that were in there were amazing super nice super friendly and I just wanted them to be recognized! Do you drink was like a blood orange freeze that I actually tried and very yummy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter and I had a nice visit to Biggby coffee. It was difficult to choose what to eat amongst muffins, cookies, or donut holes. My daughter chose the blueberry muffin and said it was a 5-star muffin, and she’s a tough judge. My hazelnut latte was excellent. Very friendly staff and can tell they get along well with each other. Will visit again! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
