Called in and spoke with Jenna and she could not have been kinder. I had two flats on my bike and she walked me through everything I needed to know and let me know they could take care of it the same day. When I showed up the gentleman in the shop was just as friendly and had me rolling again in about thirty minutes. I will absolutely be coming back and I am happy to recommend them.

Bikealot is the best! Brad is incredible - knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. No matter the question or need, he will go above and beyond to help you find the best solution for your situation. From setting me up with my first bike in years and mapping out routes to get around Austin, to helping me get back on my bike after a crash, Brad has helped me with it all with empathy and patience. It is a small store, but they have a great selection of gear in store and an even larger selection online. This store is run by people who truly love bikes and want to keep everyone rolling. I feel so lucky to have this as my local bike shop!
