**Update 07/12/2026**. I finally got in contact with them after calling and calling. No one would answer the phone last night. I witnessed them allowing the phone to ring and ring without acknowledging it, but I distress. I was told that I could come and get another milkshake or get a refund. Obviously, I don't want another sour milkshake; so, I stopped by for my refund. When I get there, I was told that they don't give refunds; even though, I was told over the phone that I could receive one. When I asked if the owner was there or if the employees could call him, they wouldn't do the latter because "their hands are tied" and the owner told them that " he is done giving refunds" because a lady just wanted a refund of her steak. That's very poor business practice. I'm not saying that you should frivolously give out refunds, but when your product is sour and can cause bodily harm via food poisoning, you need to make things right by not simply offering more of your sour/contaminated food. Although my business means nothing to them, I won't be back. I should've known better from when those spiders were found in people's crawfish years ago, but this is a lesson learned. **Initial Review 07/11/2026**. This was the first time that I've had an issue with my food since I've started eating here again. I ordered a milkshake today (Saturday, July 11, 2026), and it tasted sour. The others I've ordered previously have been fine, but today was not good, which is unfortunate since the large costs $6.00 plus tax. So, that was a waste of money. Also, there was a server who seemed to be annoyed that I kept letting her know that my orders were missing items. Two required baked potatoes but received French fries because they were out of baked potatoes, which was not communicated. One was a Petromale's hamburger with no onions. It came with onions and a patty so small that there was more bread than anything. They were also out of tomatoes and cheese for pizzas. I'm not sure if that was communicated because one customer seemed upset as he left with his pizza, which I assume had no cheese. I understand that they were busy, but if the employees check the orders for completion and/or inform the customers that certain items are out of stock, it may save some hassle.
