Among them, Binalot at NAIA Terminal 3 truly stands out for its dedication to showcasing authentic Filipino flavors wrapped in the traditional 'binalot' style.Upon stepping in, the cozy ambiance immediately sets the scene for a culinary voyage across the Philippines. Their menu boasts an array of local specialties, each accompanied by ample rice and a selection of savoury viands, all neatly wrapped in banana leaves. This eco-friendly presentation not only keeps the food warm but also infuses a gentle, earthy fragrance that elevates the dining experience.During my visit, I indulged in their Adobo sa Dilaw, a tantalizing chicken adobo infused with turmeric. Its tender texture and rich flavour profile, complemented by a perfect blend of spices and a touch of coconut milk, left a lasting impression.
