First I would like to say I only tried the wraps. I had 2 different ones. They were the worst wraps I have ever had. Even Wendy's was better. The wrap is filled with huge chunks of lettuce and very little meat. The service and atmosphere was amazing. I will give them another shot to try a sandwich, but do not order a wrap here or you will be paying for lettuce. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time customer, delivery. Chicken sandwich and tenders were fried to darkest brown, dry, NOT GBD as pictured by restaurant. Coleslaw was good portion but tasted "off", not quite vinegary, not quite creamy. Fries were salty but light colored, sorta crispy. Overall, just not good. Delivery was perfect, timely. Wanted to like this place, based on what I'd heard, but unlikely to reorder. I can't afford to throw away food. Sorry, Birdcall, do better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Birdcall has some of the tastiest chicken sandwiches and tenders in town, their "boxes" are legit meals for $10, they're always having some kind of promo, and the staff is great. It's mostly self-checkout, but they're quick to jump in and ask if you need anything. (If you ask, they'll make some of the adjustments that aren't available through self checkout) Ben, Olivia, and generally the whole crew, really go above and beyond. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
