Their sausage cob is the most delicious sausage you will probably ever experience. I don't do their usual apple sauce with it, I don't do cranberry either, but they give me stuffing with it as an alternative. Absolutely delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been a regular at Birds Bakery in Littleover for quite some time, and I’ve always enjoyed the warm atmosphere and delicious treats. However, my recent visit on New Year’s Eve left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. It was disgusting to witness the manager speaking to her staff in a disrespectful manner right in front of customers. There’s simply no need for that kind of behaviour, especially in a place that prides itself on community and service. As we welcomed the new year, I expected to see kindness, positive energy and respect, but instead, it felt like a toxic environment. It’s disheartening to see a place I love not treating its employees with the dignity they deserve. I hope the management can reflect on this behavior and foster a more positive atmosphere moving forward. #SackTheManager if she continues in this manner. Its highly unfair on the workers who serve customers with a glowing smile! The 1 star is based on the behaviour of the management.
