It is now our trusted pastry shop! The quality of the desserts and ingredients is top notch: from the brioches to the macarons to the cakes, it's all very good. The pasta offering is very varied and is often renewed, in line with the seasonality of the ingredients, in fact the raw materials are always very fresh. Graziano's passion for his work and availability are the extra touch that always makes us come back willingly. The staff is also friendly and quick in service. A breakfast at Bisto is a must in Busto! I was in this pastry shop this morning and I was really struck by the Lego-themed decor, I found it very cool and well done! In addition to the location I could see that the staff was also very welcoming. So I can say that both the staff and the location are a nice full 5 stars, but what about the desserts? I took 2 pastries and a cream and cinnamon swirl. The pastries were good, right quality/price and I can simply say that they were good. I loved the swivel, however, it was extremely well made and had the right amount of cream and cinnamon. You need a lot of puff pastries and I'm kicking myself for having only taken this puff pastry as there were many other unique ones that inspired me a lot. If you love puff pastries, I absolutely recommend that you absolutely go to this place for breakfast, you will have a unique and very good breakfast for a more than fair price. At the counter they also sold something savory (stuffed brioches and pizzas), slices of cake and a lot, but I mean a lot of macarons (aesthetically they were very beautiful and seem well made, the next time I pass by I will definitely try one). If you live in Busto Arsizio or are in transit through this city, absolutely go to this place, in addition to a quite particular and pleasant location you will also find a breakfast that will certainly not disappoint you, I seriously wonder how it manages in terms of reviews not to have more than 4.5 stars as I have tasted a lot of pastry shops in my life and I think this is a pastry shop that for what it offers absolutely deserves to be tried (and therefore have a higher rating on Google). The food and environment certainly deserve at least 4 stars but the service was terrible, the relationship with the public was annoying on the part of the waitress who served us, I had already been to this place other times with satisfaction but served by other staff, too bad.
