La comida es muy buena solo le falta un poco de su salsa a los platillos por ejemplo los chilaquiles si pusieran un poco de salsa donde sientan los chilaquiles ayudaría a darle un estra toque ya que podrían resecarse al cocinarlos solo es mi umilde opinión. I occasionally meet with a relative at the casino for some Sunday gambling and brunch. We generally eat at a tried and true restaurant we love, but decided to try Bistro 101 for something different. It really didn't bother me that at 12:30 pm on a Sunday, there was not another customer in there. That should have been our first clue. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my family member ordered the hash. Our order finally came..... the very first bite of my Eggs Benedict was awful. First, the english muffin was absolutely refrigerator cold. The eggs were okay, tho "warm" and the hollandaise was like water. The accompanied hash brown was equally dreadful. It was the frozen patty type you see in the frozen section at Safeway. It was clearly microwaved. Okay, so I've eaten at bad places before. What really got my goat was also the price. From the menu and the price, I would have never expected the meal I was served. If I paid for a $2.99 special, I certainly wouldn't be complaining, you get what you pay for. In this instance, I clearly overpaid for something I should have received, but didn't. I shouldn't comment on the accompanied meal because I didn't try it, but it was hash that 1 fork full was consumed of and was taken home and fed to the dog...... next time we want something other than our tried and true restaurant at the casino, we will find a restaurant outside the casino before or after our gambling. Looking for a quick bite before we try our luck in the casino, we chose this Bistro, and it didn't disappoint. Sat at the bar, so we didn't have to wait for a table. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich that was really spicy! I enjoyed it a lot, however, I paid the price going to the later on. Came with a side of fries and a pickle. The breading was hot and crispy. The chicken breast was cooked well. The fries were good. They provide ided homemade chips with a dipping sauce, and it tasted good. The bartender who served us was attentive, pleasant, and genuinely nice. She checked on us several times. We had a glass of Caymus wine , and it was good. Thank you for a great experience!
