It was with great anticipation that I ordered the fried noodles with duck as I am a big fan of these dishes. Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant turned out to be disappointing and left an unpleasant aftertaste in every sense of the word. Description of the dish: The fried duck noodles were one of the main attractions on the restaurant's menu. The combination of crispy duck meat, crunchy vegetables and juicy noodles piqued my interest. The presentation of the dish was quite appealing, with a generous portion of duck placed on top of the noodles. However, the color of the dish was a bit pale and apparently not as fresh as I expected. Taste and quality: Unfortunately, the fried noodles with duck turned out to be a huge disappointment. The first bite was already alarming - the noodles were soft and overcooked, without any bite at all. The duck meat was dry and had a strange, slightly rancid taste. The vegetables were also overly soft and had lost their fresh crunch. The taste of the dish reminded me of stale oil and poor quality ingredients. Digestive problems: Unfortunately, after I finished eating the dish, I had to deal with digestive issues. My stomach felt uncomfortable and was literally churning. I can't say for sure whether this was due to the dish itself or the quality of the ingredients, but it greatly influenced my perception of the restaurant. Service and atmosphere: The service in the restaurant was average but nothing special. The waiters were polite but not particularly attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was appealing, with a typical Chinese decor that was intended to convey a certain authenticity. Conclusion: My experience at XYZ Chinese Restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. The fried duck noodles did not meet my expectations in terms of taste, quality and digestibility. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this restaurant, at least not based on my experience with this dish. It may be wise to try other dishes or look for another Chinese restaurant with better reviews. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
