Review: They offered free samples, which immediately caught my attention—and the food was genuinely good. Portions are very generous, definitely filling and great value for the amount you get. The staff were extremely sweet and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only downside is that there’s a 6% Surcharge credit card processing fee, which is something to be aware of. Overall, still a solid and enjoyable place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I were just passing through and were offered a sample. That's all it took! The employees were friendly and gave us a sample of all 5 types of chicken. I have a hard time believing some of the one star reviews that say the food was nasty. They will let you try anything before you buy it. We ended up getting the 3 meat meal and 50/50 noodles and rice. Everything was great! Everytime we visit Baton Rouge, we make Bistro Thai a priority destination.
