Was just there for the 2023 Christmas lunch. Possibly the worst food i’ve had in my life. Long que for the starter for bread, soup and some old fruit. Then over an hour wait for the dry chicken and what I think was an attempt at cous cous. Since when is cous cous white, wet and sloppy? For R470 per person it’s horrible. Service: 2

I will certainly bring your comments under the attention of the restaurant owners (you wrote the review on the accommodation profile). Unfortunately with a 90 people seating, rows will always be long. But your review will let me re think being open on Christmas Day for lunch. Most restaurants don't open any more, we did, to be kind and give people a lovely day out to an amazing property with the lunch. Your comments taught me a lesson and I've come to realize that people's expectations will never be met. I will definitely reconsider and discuss with restaurant owners to rather not be open on Christmas Day for outsiders. I sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday time Take care.
