This was my go to Blakes. Go here atleast 3 times a week. This one experience has now changed that and I will never come back. I ordered 2 number 2 burritos with toasted tortillas and everything seemed fine as I pulled up to the window. Then I recieved my order and no toasted tortillas. I brought this up with the employee and the manger. They told me they were too busy to fulfill the order. If they cant fulfill the order they shouldn't have me waste my time waiting through the drive though only to not fulfill my order. Very unprossional. Will not come to this Blakes again.

A few days ago I checked online and saw this location opened at 6am. It was 7am so I went to the drive thru for a burrito. Nobody ever came to the speaker to take my order. I waited for a few minutes and even said HELLO? Nothing... So I went to Stripes and got a breakfast burrito. Fast forward to today. I decided to give it another try. The service was friendly and somewhat fast. I was just taken aback by the total being $22 for an itsa combo and a lota combo. For that price I'm expecting really good food. The burger was just OK and the fries were soggy and lacked salt. I miss the old days of Blake's Lotaburger. For the price y'all need to step up your game. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
