Yakitori BLESS in Morishita, which I have been visiting every year. Every time I visit a Yakitori restaurant, General Fujimoto's method of grilling and heating becomes more and more to my liking. I wonder if they are sending it to me? lol As usual, I took a seat right next to the grill and carefully observed the grilling process. After all, the charcoal is spread all the way to the grill surface, and this is the type of skewer that can be grilled in this condition. Although we are a yakitori restaurant, we are particular about ingredients other than chicken, and the main feature of BLESS is that we offer fusion dishes with yakitori. The first dish, medium-fatty carpaccio, has a wonderful amount of fat. A dish that rivals that of a sushi restaurant. The medium-fatty texture and crispness of the lean meat are instantly irresistible. It contains just the right amount of olive oil, salt to accentuate the texture, and a small amount of wasabi. It comes down to personal preference, but I think I prefer a little more wasabi. I was astonished by the meatballs that followed! Was Tsukune from BLESS like this? That's shocking. Is this what fluffy top meatballs look like? So fluffy. Seriously, it was as fluffy as cotton candy. It's not the type where the meat juices overflow, but it's so fluffy that you might be able to eat it even if you don't have teeth. These meatballs are also going to be a lot of fun. At first glance, the snow crab chawanmushi seems like the main ingredient is snow crab, but the chawanmushi itself is rich and incredibly delicious. If you eat the snow crab at the lingering stage after chewing the chawanmushi, you will be able to taste just the right amount of flavor. Chawanmushi where snow crab is treated as a toy. I wanted to eat it in a bigger cup. lol This is also great! The next dish, Negima, is a skewer that fully reflects General Fujimoto's style of grilling. The outside is meaty and crunchy, and the inside is packed with flavor and incredibly juicy. I can feel General Fujimoto's commitment and lewdness in the way he changes the size of the portion based on green onions. lol This Negima may have made me groan the most this time! If I could have had a second helping, I might have chosen Negima. It made me think that this is what yakitori is supposed to be like, without any curveballs. Chicken tempura somen noodles made with furisode, a rare part of the body. Although the kudzu somen noodles are thin, they are chewy and delicious. The furisode chicken tempura is the ultimate in luxury. Personally, I think it would be better if the vinegar citrus was shaved to give it a refreshing feel, making it feel more like eating it in the summer. I also wanted to eat this somen in a big bowl. lol Next up is an unusual skewer of seseri + grain mustard. A skewer that combines the strength of seseri and the texture of grain mustard. It's so strong that the grain mustard feels like just a decoration. Of course, color is important, but I personally feel that salt alone would be delicious enough. Decca shiitake mushrooms almost always appear in BLESS courses. This time it's mushrooms. If it were shiitake mushrooms, I would have said ``delicious bamboo shoots,'' but I regret not being able to say that. lol If you grill it on that grill, not only the skewers but also the vegetables will be delicious. The mushroom juice overflows the moment you bite into it. Ah, this and this are unbearable. The next one, heart + ginger, felt like a palate cleanser due to the timing. Aren't they eating bigger potions? A skewer that makes you think. Good texture and vitality. The lever that follows is already glossy to look at. I could also feel General Fujimoto's commitment and sensibility in the flow of the heart lever. lol A wonderful lever that firmly captures the original impact of the lever and goes straight into your mouth. It was truly ``eat liver and eat liver''. lol BLESS's most recommended menu is these chicken wings. These chicken wings are full of the final boss feeling, and they were juicy and the best this time too! I don't want to give any unnecessary explanations to this chicken wing, I just want to eat it and say it's delicious. lol This time it was also extremely delicious! The minced chicken rice at the end looks like gapao rice, but the restaurant insists that it is minced chicken rice. lol As a finale, I'm sure there are a lot of different opinions, but I think I'd like it even more if the minced chicken was flavored with charcoal. Of course it's quite tasty. That's what this BLESS was like! Overall I was very satisfied! I would like to visit again and will support you. Thank you for the meal. 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜~~ [Yakitori Omakase Course/¥7,700] Carpaccio of medium fatty tuna Tsukune Snow crab chawanmushi Negima Chicken tempura somen/furisode/kuzu somen Seseri/grain mustard Mushroom Heart Lever Chicken wings Minced chicken rice Dessert Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
