Trigger warning I was recently in Baton Rouge for training. One of the attorneys suggested Blue Store Chicken for dinner. As we drove up to the drive thru window, there was a rat wedged between the drive thru sliding glass window. The employee could not see the rat but we could. The rat was standing on his hind legs and licking his hands . The rat was trying to get out. I was in shock and forgot to take a photo. It was a grey rat with a 5in or 6in tail. He was the size of a hamster. The employee called for another worker. They both went outside to remove the rat from the drive thru sliding glass window. We drove off We went to the new Blue Store Chicken around the corner… delicious. The moral to this review, always check the drive thru window before you order. You’ll thank me later. Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

The chicken was not like the original Blue Store on Mills Ave in Scotlandville. Sorry. It's not seasoned the same. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $1–10
