Just arrived on the night bus and was so glad to find this place open early! The cafe is spacious and filled with fellow backpackers. Their quinoa milk and coca tea are must-tries—they really hit the spot in the morning chill. I spent a good few hours here relaxing and catching up on my phone thanks to their Wi-Fi. As a tourist visiting Uyuni, I was honestly so impressed. Finding a place open at 6am for breakfast felt like a blessing, especially before tours start. I was seated and served immediately, which made such a difference after an early morning. I ordered coca tea and it was delicious and comforting — perfect for the altitude. I also had a chicken and steak sandwich. It was simple, fresh, and satisfying. Nothing overly fancy, but exactly what you need to start your day feeling full and ready. The space itself is welcoming and well-kept. They have clean restrooms, free WiFi (which is super helpful for travelers), and even a pool table, which adds a fun touch while you wait or relax. It’s a comfortable place to sit, eat, and plan your day. What truly made the experience special was the owner, Patricia. She is incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive. You can genuinely feel that she cares about her guests. I highly recommend booking your Uyuni Salt Flats tour with her as well. Their prices are very reasonable, they take care of all the details, and they provide plenty of creative props for photos so you can fully enjoy the experience without worrying about anything. If you’re visiting Uyuni, this is a great spot for breakfast and for organizing your salt flats tour. Highly recommend!
