The best meal we had on the Amalfi Coast by far (possibly ever). The dinner was exquisite. From the ambiance of our table overlooking the Mediterranean Sea by moonlight to the beautiful music playing softly in the background- it was simply perfect. The food itself was magnificent. Each course was delivered elegantly and each bite was incredible- from the tasting round to start our med to the dessert, each course was delicious-fresh, local ingredients were delightfully present in each bite. The chef's attention to detail from presentation to taste was exceptional. Davido was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable with each course presented. His personal touch was engaging and enjoyable. This restaurant and resort are one that once discovered will soon be hard to get a reservation. An absolute treasure of a restaurant not to be missed. The French Laundry of Amalfi! As I reflect on my dining experience at Bluh Furore I am compelled to conclude that it stands shoulder to shoulder with the legendary French Laundry. In fact, it is almost as good in many respects that’s a compliment! The innovative approach to cuisine, the flawless execution, and the impeccable service make this restaurant a true gem in the culinary world.
