Very bad experience at Boba Buzz today. I ordered a Coco Mango drink, but the employee gave me a Cocomelon drink instead. When I told her that I asked for Coco Mango, she simply said they don’t have it — but nobody told me that when I ordered. They also didn’t offer to remake the drink, give another option, or apologize. If an item is not available, the staff should inform customers before making something else. Poor communication and disappointing customer service. I expected much better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this boba shop. I ordered a Coco Mango drink, but instead received a Coco Melon flavor. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff simply said they didn’t have mango available—without informing me beforehand or offering an alternative. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. No effort was made to fix the order or suggest another option. I ended up paying $16 for drinks I didn’t even want and left them on the table untouched. Even as we were leaving, no one checked in or acknowledged the issue. Overall, very poor service and a waste of money. I won’t be coming back.

No one is ever there on store hours posted. Tried 3 times in row. Open sign on and within regular store hours and no workers to be seen. Poor business practices.
