Very nice customer service! I paid $6.44. The very patient and polite man asked me not to put his name is the review I ordered the Lychee Milk Tea and it was sooo delicious Check them out for yourself! It's the perfect drink on a hot day, and a better alternative to soda pop

We love this place. The staff here is always very friendly and they have board games to play with. The drinks and food are also top notch! We always get the mango stormy and one of the mochi donuts. They're always nom nom!

Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch: While on an afternoon side quest delivering Pokémon wristbands, I stopped at Boba+ hoping for a refreshing Water-type boost but this encounter felt more like a Fissure against a Flying-type Pokemon. The Thai Tea Stormy had low flavor stats and barely any sweetness, like someone reused a tea bag and called it a move. The real Critical Hit, though, was the Mochi Donut. I was told I got the “last one,” but one bite revealed stale, morning-spawn energy instead of fresh, chewy goodness. Add in floors needing a quick Sweep and a restroom missing supplies, and the Gym felt under-maintained despite its fun music and hangout vibe. This place has the potential to evolve into something great. It just needs to tighten up the details.

Hi As The Pokeball Turns, We sincerely apologize for your experience. What you described regarding the Thai Tea Stormy, the Mochi Donut, the cleanliness of the floors, and the restroom supplies does not reflect the standards we expect at Boba+. There is no excuse for stale product, lack of flavor, or an environment that feels under-maintained. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can address these issues immediately, including product freshness, drink quality, service attentiveness, and overall cleanliness. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly or stop by and ask for a manager so we can remake your drink, replace the donut, and ensure you receive the experience you should have had the first time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
