I don't Door dash very often and I know for local establishments it's not really a profitable venture. But I decided to finally get Bobbie Lanes. If you look on their menu, they show a sliced brisket sandwich which what I ordered. And I decided to try slaw and garlic green beans. I paid 4.75 and 2.75. They show decent sized portions in plastic containers. You can see by the photo just how little I got for 7.50 The sandwich wasn't sliced, it was chopped meat that was so dry I had no choice but to slather bbq sauce on it to eat it. Disappointed is an understatement.

I'm so sorry for your experience. Based on the picture, it must have been decent, it's all gone. A phone call or message, we could have sorted this out. I would have given you a free meal for sure. But, this is what the world has come to, I understand. But, now, we both get screwed, you have to pay for a meal you didn't like and I don't get an opportunity to fix it first before going public. I hope you have a better day. Again, I'm sorry.

only one server on a Friday night. Also out ofsome menu items. SLOW service. Much better menu and service at the other end of downtown. Probably not visiting again

I am sad to say that when we went we waited over an hour for our food. It took forever and the poor waitress seemed so overwhelmed with all of her orders. I saw other customers get upset that their food hadn't arrived. When we got our food it was before some of the people that were already there and I felt bad about that. I will say the ribs were good but the fries were sooo greasy and my sandwich was caked in mustard. I couldn't even eat it because of it. The cuban had too much of everything. The place itself was clean and it was nicely decorated so I give it that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
