Hello Mrs. Felix, I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review and I am confused to who you are. The gentleman that walked out saying he was going to another restaurant was alone and had no reservation at all. He was asking for a single seat at the bar. Very disappointing that you would add so many details that are untrue - especially since you were never in the building. The gentleman came in and spoke with my team at the front of the restaurant and not me. They let him know we were fully committed and would not have a table or a seat at the bar for an hour. The gentleman told them that he could see room at the bar. My team let him know that the space was to ensure 6 feet of space between the guests that were already at the bar. He walked up to the bar anyway and the bartender told him he was not able to serve guests standing at the bar out of concern for those already there. Only then was I even aware of your boyfriend as the bartender motioned to me to assist explaining this to him. When I explained (for the third time) that we could not allow additional people at the bar, I was told that he would just go to another restaurant and he asked for my name. It makes me sad that either of you would think we have any other interest that taking excellent care of all our guests and earning the right to serve them again. I assure you that is what we are going for. I would have loved to contact you directly to discuss this, but it seems resolution of any kind was not what you were after.
