I've been a regular at Boiler Room for dart league for a long time, and while we've dealt with some unprofessional service in the past, yesterday was the final straw. I went in on Mother's Day to meet my mom, and before I could even order, the bartender confronted me with, 'I know you don't like me, what are you doing here?' When management was contacted, they chose to defend the behavior by claiming I 'talk badly' about the staff on Facebook. This is completely false. We chose to move our dart team to a different bar quietly and professionally specifically to avoid drama. To be met with hostility and false accusations on a holiday, while being denied the Mother's Day promotions being offered to others, is peak unprofessionalism. If you're looking for a welcoming environment, this isn't it. I was trying to edit to add photos of their response to my review on Facebook but it won’t let me. So if you want to see how they handled this situation please check their Facebook page.
