Customer service is usually on point but not today. Today, the employees working there were definitely not trained in good customer service. My fries were just thrown in the bag. Got the wrong sauce and came back for the right one and they were rude and ignored me at the window . I had to knock on the window even though 2 employees were at the window and saw me pull up. One walked away and the other turned her back to me. Then another employee was looking dead at me and I was still ignored. When the lady who had her back turned to me finally opened up the window after i knocked, she gave me a very annoyed look. If they don't want their job, maybe just fire them. Because today was just ridiculous. These fast food restaurants need to get it together with their customer service skills, because they clearly have NONE. And then also as I'm sitting there, I witnessed a man and woman in Bojangles uniforms, man was carrying a box and the woman was beside him. You could tell there was some flirtatious energy and then as they were walking in the building she put her arm in his like they were walking up in the club, not a place of business. I felt like that was very unprofessional, also. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped in the other day, I used their AI ordering system. I was shocked when it read my order back to me as I requested it. I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich plain with an extra filet, and a Mr Pibb no ice. I got my drink(which was correct), I got my bag and moved out of the way. I checked my sandwich and only 1 filet. I went back around, got the same young lady, and I told her my sandwich was wrong. I was told to "move up to the line". I did, and I waited, and waited, and waited. A different lady came out and asked me if I was waiting for the 2 filets? I said I was, she said they'll be up in a few minutes. After several more minutes, here comes my food. The bag had some heft to it, so I moved ahead. I opened the bag....2 chicken biscuits. At that point I just drove off in disgust. I have ordered that same thing at countless other Bojangles without a problem. Try harder folks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
