yall. Parker is the nicest human ever and deserves the biggest raise promotions everything. I had an issue with door dash and called the store to correct it before my dasher got there and he just fixed everything he was amazing. genuinely such a kind soul. Service: 5

Waited in drive thru line.. 2nd car back from window at least 10 mins .. would have pulled off but car behind me was too close.. finally at window was given wrong order. Thank goodness I was paying attention and told her wrong food. Have you people ever heard of having a person pull forward to wait on their order??? Guess nobody wants to take stuff out to a person's car???? Of course my food was barely warm by the time I got it. Thankfully we have many other options in boiling springs. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

My wife went and picked us up some dinner this evening on her way home. I have worked many years for Bojangles when I was younger so I know to always ask for fresh breakfast items in the evening. Unfortunately my wife does not. So she got us two Cajun filet on a bun (old chicken sandwich) and these Cajun Filets were probably sitting in their containers for 4-6 hours if I had to guess just based off the texture and coloration. The standard hold time is 30 minutes and should have been cook to order for the evening. She also waited 15 minutes for our food and everything was old. Extremely poor service and waste of money. 0/5 if possible. Extremely unsanitary to have 4 hour+ chicken sitting and then serving it to someone. I never leave reviews, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
