I ordered a combo, plus another fry separate from the combo. Since the AI is weird, I ask at the window, just to make sure, “You guys got the fry right?” And the old woman with dark hair told me “yeah the combo comes with fries” and I said “No I mean the fry separate from the combo” and she then read out my order “A Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea and a medium fry”. Based on just that, I STILL CANT TELL IF IM BEING GIVEN AN EXTRA FRY!!! At this point a shift lead came over to check on the situation and the old woman had the audacity to say “everything’s fine, I just don’t think something clicking for some reason”. Got my food and fries were under seasoned as usual. Put this old lady on back of house why on earth is she working the window? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I gave Bojangles the benefit of the doubt, but I won’t be coming back. From the long wait just to place an order to finally receiving the food, the entire experience was disappointing. During an early Saturday morning rush, it looked like only four employees were running the whole restaurant. Where was the manager? Overall, it was a terrible experience it felt like the only ones benefiting were the restaurant, while customers were left feeling frustrated. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best bojangles in the state. The manager (david) and his team keep the place clean and running smoothly. The food is always hot and fresh. Definitely a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
