First there was an older lady working as the manager. She was extremely rude. I asked for my food fresh. I waited 30 minutes for my food yesterday and received my food stale and cold. The worst bo bites and borounds I have ever had. They took so long I asked my guy to go in with the receipt and get the food. And it still took them over 15 minutes. When I came in the manager looked at me and asked me why have I been waiting for so long. My guy answered her and said I try to tell you but you were being rude. Not only that they had very smelly homeless men in the lobby that were harassing me which is another reason why I told my guy to go ahead and get the food . Customer service was terrible coming from the manager she was even rude to the workers . And the food was so bad it made my pregnant self want to cry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at Bodjongo was not only disappointing due to their unacceptable attitude and subpar service, but also demonstrated a lack of respect. I give them a 0-star review due to their disgusting attitude and horrible food. The way they treated us, they shouldn’t be working in that type of environment. Price per person: $30–40

Iaisha gave us the friendliest greeting when we walked in the door. When she saw there was a wait to order she immediately jumped on the register to serve us quickly. My Bo-berry biscuit had to be prepared fresh b/c they were all out and Iaisha made sure she got it to me as fast as possible. She was very attentive to the customers and the dining area making sure everything was clean and tidy. I’ve visited this Bojangles many times in the past and she has really made this Bojangles so much better! It is clean, well run and her attention to detail has improved it greatly! We will definitely be back and hope to see Iaisha! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
