I have been a customer at this restaurant for 14 years. The customer service is the worst it has ever been. I have been through the drive thru 3 times this week and each time had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times because the employee wasn’t paying attention. Then guess what each time my order was still wrong. The young ladies working the window were very rude and hardly spoke. 3 strikes your out. Won’t be back for a long while. This has to be a management problem not just one bad employee.

The service has been miserable lately. My order is ALWAYS wrong. I can politely complain my order is wrong and get treated like a stray dog begging for food. It's really gotten obnoxious. I now remember why we quit going for a few months.

I don't know the new person they have making the biscuits at Bojangles and Elgin they need to either get the old person back or teach that person how to make biscuits I bought a bacon egg and cheese biscuit 2 minutes later it's hard as a brick could barely eat it thank God for the Grits at least I have something to eat
