Of course wanted breakfast this morning. Says open but tried going in and the doors were locked. So I took my business somewhere else. Service: 1

Took over 30 full minutes to get food at the drivethru. If they ever tell you to pull forward, you better stay at that window if you want your food within the hour. Their ticket system was backwards so people who just ordered got their ticket to the top and people like me who had been waiting 30 minutes had my order at the very bottom of their list. We had to go inside to get them to actually make our food. I will never go to Bojangles again and certainly won’t pull forward any longer. They can lose points for having me at their window for more than 2 minutes if it’s gonna take more than 2 minutes to get my food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
