After my experience at Bojangles (404 Westchester Dr., Grand Prairie, TX) on July 13, 2026, I believe senior leadership should be aware of what customers are experiencing at this location. I initially visited around 12:20 PM CST. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, so I returned around 12:40 PM simply expecting the issue to be corrected professionally. Instead, what should have been a straightforward resolution became one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I've had. The drive-thru employee, Bri, immediately displayed an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. During our interaction, she referred to me as "ma'am" in reference to me as though I were a woman, then laughed immediately afterward while standing next to the manager, Jennifer. I found the remark and the laughter to be disrespectful and humiliating. Rather than correcting the behavior or stepping in to de-escalate the situation, Jennifer stood by and allowed it to continue. Leadership sets the tone for a workplace, and in that moment there was no effort to demonstrate professionalism or respect. I returned only because I wanted my order corrected. At no point should a customer be mocked or made to feel belittled for bringing back an order that was prepared incorrectly. The situation continued to deteriorate when I requested the contact information for the District Manager. Instead of someone respectfully providing it, another employee gave me a difficult time about my request, stating that I had supposedly already been given the information multiple times. Whether a customer asks once or several times, requesting leadership contact information should never become another point of conflict. Another concern was observing an employee smoking a cigarette while taking trash to the dumpster and then returning toward the restaurant to continue working. I did not observe what occurred after the employee re-entered, but what I personally witnessed raised concerns for me about sanitation and food-handling practices. I hope leadership reviews whether all required food safety procedures were followed. Overall, the restaurant lacked professionalism, accountability, and customer care. The atmosphere felt disorganized, and the interactions I experienced reflected a workplace culture where disrespect toward customers appeared to go unchecked. This review is not about seeking compensation. It is about accountability. I respectfully ask Bojangles' executive leadership to review the surveillance footage from my visit, interview the employees and manager on duty, evaluate the customer service culture at this location, and ensure employees and leaders are held to the standards your brand represents. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location, and until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot recommend this Bojangles. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
