I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was told my wings would take about 15 minutes, and I was asked to pull forward and wait. After waiting, an employee brought out my order, but luckily I checked the bag before leaving because I had ordered six wings, and there were none in it. When I pulled back up to the window, the employees asked who had told me they had wings available. After confirming with the employee who took my order, she apologized and said the wings would be ready in four minutes and that they would bring them out. Fifteen more minutes passed before another employee came outside and told me they thought I wanted to substitute my wings for other pieces of chicken, which I never requested. She then said she needed to take back the food they had already given me 15 minutes earlier. When I pulled back up to the window, the older employee was very rude and told me I needed to pull forward because the drive-thru timer was running and there were other customers waiting. At that point, I had already been waiting over 30 minutes, so I felt my order should have been the priority since it was their mistake. Because of the poor communication, long wait, and unprofessional customer service, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this Bojangles. Every visit seems to involve incorrect orders, long waits, or poor service. I hope management invests in better training so employees can communicate more effectively and handle customer issues professionally.
