Food is amazing when it is. Only a handful of times it's not up to par. But I can't say enough about how good it is when it's done right. Every employee I have dealt with seems to have an attitude or always having a bad day,... I just don't know. My biggest complaint out of everything though is that I never get any napkins in my bag. Maybe one but more times than not I don't get any at all. It's pretty annoying. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Since this location has been near my home when I have gone I have never had a bad experience. I just went tonight like 30 minutes ago with my husband and got great service in the drive thru from a young lady named Kennedy. I hope whoever her manager is see's this and gives her praise please :) Very sweet and made my entire night. I wish more fast food places were like this Bojangles location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
