Uses AI for the drive-thru ordering system. -1 Star. My partner made a lighthearted joke that employees at other places have laughed at before, using their AI. Because we don’t wanna talk to a robot who will mess up our order anyway. The response we got was, "If you break our AI, it's a $30k fine." It came across as unnecessarily rude and made us feel unwelcome. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't feel like they're being snapped at over a harmless joke. Rude lady. Left promptly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went tonight at 9:11 pm on June 26th. Lobby was closed an hour ahead of schedule. Ordered my meal ahead of time. They only had one of my 4 items available at pickup. No biscuits No thighs. They put a bo-berry in the bag that was knock on a door hard. Said no management was available. Hopefully they reach out to make this right. What a shame it's gotten this bad

Bojangles has great food — flavorful chicken and solid sides — but the automated drive-thru ordering is frustrating. If you want anything even slightly customized, the system makes it unnecessarily difficult. Literally reminds me of calling a business only to find an automated call service that never has the option I need! Unnecessary and impersonal. I wish there were an easier option to speak to a real person. The food is the highlight; the drive-thru needs mega work. (4/5 — docked one star for the ordering experience) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
