This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to eat at. The manager was rude and not very polite. The cook and the cashiers were working hard as the manager (collared shirt) looked around. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I had a disappointing experience tonight around 9pm. The employee taking orders, Cayce, was being rude to multiple customers and openly said she was in a bad mood because she still had cleaning and closing tasks to finish before closing time, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 10pm. I understand closing shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated respectfully. On top of that, I asked for cups for my drinks and she refused to give them to me. They also handed me my food boxes already open, which felt careless and unprofessional. The overall attitude and customer service were very disappointing, and it made the experience uncomfortable for everyone ordering. I hope management addresses this situation.

We went there approx 3o mins before closing. We waited 15 mins to get our food. I though time was because they were cooking it. NOPE!! The chicken was hard & cold& the fries were cold. There was NO greeting when we pulled up to window. When they FINALLY had our food, they handed it to us and slammed the window, no ketchup, no napkins, etc. I'm a Bojangles fan. But, my friend wanted to go before we headed out of town. Next time, he will just have to wait until we get to another restaurant. I haven't eaten from Bojangles in years because of this same thing. They haven't gotten any better. They got WORSE!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
