She was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Ordering 2 to 3 times a week. I'm demanding, but I also know how to praise. Their raw material is very good, there is NO misery, and Brás (owner) is always very kind and proactive in resolving some complications such as: changed pizza, filling all on one side (biker braking sharply, etc). In fact, as in previous reports, the pizza usually takes much longer than the deadline stipulated by the attendant, and as is "usual" they say: the pizza is already out. What actually, is still in the oven, and others for smaller ones.etc etc... If you have the patience to wait, you will have a good experience. It's been about 2 years since I ordered, but not because of the quality, but because of the mediocre and mean treatment I received from Larissa (if I'm not mistaken, that's the name) after so many years I want to go back and talk to Brás about what happened, after all there are a lot of people unemployed and really wanting to work, but I don't like to harm anyone. I miss the pizzas made by Brás/Pizzaolo, they are great and really good people.., However, I gave up on Bom Sabor and closed with Hollys (Excellent pizzeria) on Av Ipanema, and Felipe, the owner, is polite and generous unparalleled. Here's a tip. The attendant is the store's business card. Good service is crucial. The pizzas are generally good. However, the pepperoni is very salty and the olives are tiny and the cheddar is very artificial. But the white cheeses, the pasta, the (little) but delicious sauce In short: it's worth it because they work very well. I had the misfortune of being treated poorly, with disregard, by the attendant.
