This restaurant should be closed. I ordered a surprise bag, and the food they gave me was spoiled. When I got home and opened it, it had a terrible smell, and it was obvious the food was very old. I had to throw everything straight into the garbage. This was extremely disappointing and irresponsible. Serving spoiled food is unacceptable. I will never return, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Worst place to order from and extremely poor customer service. We ordered a cake for our child’s birthday, and what was delivered was completely different from what was promised. The quality, professionalism, and overall customer experience were very disappointing. There seems to be a very little regard for customer satisfaction or food quality. I would strongly recommend saving your time and money and choosing another place instead. Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am taking tiffin service from Bombay Bakery, the food is excellent! Everything is very fresh, and they serve a different sabji every day. The meals are always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I’m really happy with their service! Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
