Such a fun bar! Ordered a gimlet and it was great. Bartender Catie was friendly and attentive, made my drink perfectly and gave me info on the gluten free options on the menu (kitchen can accommodate allergies if asked!) Will be coming back next time I go to the Paramount. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: Has multiple gluten free options! Server Catie had lots of good intel on cross contamination. Pizza can be made celiac safe but the kitchen is not gluten free so proceed with caution

Excellent. For us it was a happy accident that it was near our hotel. We ordered house made Focaccia, a Margherita Pizza and a Chicken Parm to split. We didn't expect it to be as good as it was. Great flavor! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Parking space: Not sure

Bombo Italian Kitchen is a spacious, modern Italian restaurant located in downtown Seattle inside the Convention Center (Summit building), directly across from the Paramount Theater. The setting is nice, and the menu highlights house-made pastas and fire-baked pizzas, which initially set high expectations. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the presentation. I noticed walking in it that it was dead for a Friday especially at dinner time, but now I know why. We started with the calamari, which was easily the worst I’ve ever had—tough, rubbery, but at least it was coated lightly. It was disappointing, but since we were with a group, we chose not to send it back. I ordered the Alfredo, listed at $25. When the server asked if I wanted chicken or shrimp, I chose shrimp, but there was no mention of a $10 upcharge, bringing the total to $34 . While the shrimp and sauce were decent, they weren’t anything memorable. Another person in our group ordered the Alfredo with chicken and similarly wasn’t informed of the added cost; the chicken itself was dry. On a more positive note, the spinach artichoke dip was good, and the pizza was average but acceptable. The bill came to $124, with a dine in service charge of 20% or gratuity already included, which added to the frustration given the overall experience. Between the lack of transparency on pricing and the inconsistent food quality, the visit was disappointing. I would not return or recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
