I had a very disappointing experience at Bon Appétit. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, the employees spoke in an impolite and disrespectful manner, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately this place failed in that regard. I hope management addresses the attitude of the staff and provides proper customer service training to ensure other customers do not have the same negative experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: JOD 5–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
