On 7/2/26 I doordashed 8 strips, received 6... called the restaurant at 2:32pm, a woman answered. Told her my issue and her response was "what do you want me to do about that" then suggested I call doordash smh... how is doordash gonna correct/compensate a problem that yall caused??? So am I suppose to order 2 strips when thats not even an option on the menu?? Outside of this, my experience with this place is was pretty good. That response just didn't help my already dissatisfaction... 6days later... For some strange reason I decided to order from this place again. Ordered 20 of the dryest, hardest boneless wings ive ever had in my life. Dry as in not even fully covered in sauce, not sure if they were old or just over cooked. Im thinking old and sat under a heat lamp all day. Im done, never again from this place. Waste of $35 didnt even eat that shit... Pic doesn't do it justice but these things are literally hard as rocks smh. Never Again!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1

This place is good. The chicken is really good. The bao buns are ok. I had a horrible dining experience today at the Bonchon Norfolk location. The service was terrible, and the food was an hour late. There was no follow-up from the person who took our initial order, but we got the bill before we got our food. We asked several times for the status of our food, and the waitress had an attitude and snapped at us, stating, "I'm not in the kitchen to know." This is after an hour of waiting. Finally, she brought our cold food to our table and threw the bowl of food with an attitude as if she were doing a favor by bringing our food. There was no apology from any staff. Never again visit this restaurant. If I could, I would give it a zero rating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
