Welp .... attempted to go get a meal at Bonefish Grill before catching a movie, but I had to leave before even ordering any food ... we sat for 16-17 mins without as much as a greeting, nod or smoke signal from any waitstaff. No apology for the delay, not even a statement saying “I’ll be right with you,” all while my 5 year old daughter grew increasingly impatient wondering when she could get apple juice because she was thirsty. Let me add that we were the only people of color in my line of vision. The Caucasian waiter even came to the table DIRECTLY next to us, just to tend to them and walk away. Let me also add that we are still in a COVID climate so the restaurant was not crowded AT ALL. There were maybe 4 total occupied tables (including us) in the dining room. Smh. People are really a trip.
