We landed in George for a birthday party to surprise family and had to stay a night in Herolds bay . We went to a local restaurant with our 3 year old but to out disappointment were told to sit outside in the cold due to reservations (even though so many tables were open inside). None the less we sat and waited. But we only received menus no waiter came to get drink orders for quite some time. We were freezing and it got dark quickly. As a last attempt we headed back to George. Not knowing the area well we quickly searched for a family friendly restaurant and came across this place. Upon arriving our hoped were low for getting a seat but it was our last resort. To our surprise we were assisted quickly by the most friendly staff and seated. Our drinks came quickly and even our food. Our daughter enjoyed the inside play area out of the cold while we could safely monitor her from our seats. The food was absolutely divine. Thank Liné for being such a great server . Thank you for saving our day after a long and stressful traveling experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 1,000+
